FAQs
Have you ever had a question and either didn't know where to find the answer or were too afraid to ask? If so, you've come to the right place. As the name would suggest, this section is a compilation of answers to the questions our clients commonly ask. Just start by following one of the links below. If you think of question that is not on this list, please click on "Ask a Question" and let us know what you're thinking. If enough people ask the same question, we'll post the answer in this section for future visitors.
How early should CS&G get involved?
As soon as possible, if you need budgets for an allowance item in the general contractors budgets call us then.
How long does it take for you to complete my order?
There really isn't a short answer to this question. We pride ourselves on not missing deadlines and one way we can maintain that is to not "cut" orders in front of existing ones. Help us by giving us as much lead time as possible and we will respond by letting you know up front, and then hitting the target.
We set our goals to meet or beat the industry standards! Here is the quick answer:
Initial orders interior 4-6 weeks
Interior reorders 2-4 weeks
Quicker reorders available under a prestocked order program
Exterior items typically take 8-10 weeks, installed
Bottom line!
We do not like surprises in business and we know you don't either. We do everything possible to keep you up to date.
Please note: Estimated completions are made in best faith but CS&G can not be liable for an exact timeframe.
All lead times are after all approvals (including permits)and receipt of deposit.
Will I get a "proof"?
Generally speaking the processes we use to produce your signs do NOT include a proof other than the presentation materials.
These may include:
Typical sign type drawings
Message schedule & location prints
Proposal with pricing and general description
Prototypes/samples of signs
These items are very time consuming and may involve fees in addition to the signs themselves.
Please review these items carefully, as these are what production works from. We try to be flexible but ultimately like any other business CS&G will only be responsible for documentation that has been stamped and signed by the client as approved for production.
How do I go about getting an estimate from you?
Well, since you are here, we would suggest you use our online information request form. Otherwise, the best way to ensure that we get all the information necessary to do an accurate quote, give us a call and talk with one of our customer service representatives.
